If you no longer want to use FitVora, you can request deletion of your FitVora account and associated personal data.
Your request will be reviewed and processed by the FitVora support team.
When your FitVora account deletion request is processed, we will delete the account and associated personal data stored by FitVora, subject to any information that we may be required to retain for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account and associated data have been deleted, the deleted information may not be recoverable.
If you have an active FitVora subscription, please note that cancelling your subscription is handled separately through your app store subscription settings (for example, Google Play). Deleting your FitVora account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

FitVora will delete personal data associated with an approved account deletion request, except where certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or other legitimate purposes. Any such retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is kept only for as long as required to fulfil them, after which it is securely deleted. FitVora does not apply a single fixed retention period, as the applicable period depends on the specific legal or security obligation involved.
