2. Information We Collect

To provide personalized fitness recommendations and improve your experience, FitVora may collect the following information.

A. Account Information

Using FitVora does not require creating an account. Most features are available without signing in. If you choose to sign in using Google, we may collect your name and email address. We do not collect or store your Google password. Google Sign-In is completely optional.

B. Personal Fitness Information

To create personalized workout plans and track your fitness journey, we may collect your age, gender, height, current weight, goal weight (optional), fitness goal and fitness level. This helps us generate customized workout recommendations, estimate calorie expenditure, monitor progress and improve your overall experience.

C. Workout & Activity Information

We may collect and store your workout history, completed exercises, workout duration, exercise completion status, workout streaks, XP and levels, calories burned, weight history, body measurements and fitness progress. This may be stored locally on your device and securely synchronized with our servers when applicable.

D. Progress Photos

FitVora allows you to upload before, progress, after and transformation photos to monitor your fitness over time. Photos are stored securely on your device and, if synchronization is enabled, on our secure cloud infrastructure. You keep full control over your images and may delete them at any time.

E. Technical Information

To maintain app stability, security and performance, FitVora may automatically collect device model, Android version, app version, language, country, time zone, crash logs, performance metrics, diagnostic information and anonymous device identifiers.

FitVora uses the information we collect to:

5. Google Sign-In

FitVora allows you to sign in using your Google account. Google Sign-In is completely optional, and you can access most features without an account. If you sign in, we may collect your full name and email address. We do not collect, store or have access to your Google password. Your Google account information is used only to synchronize your fitness data across devices, restore your progress when changing devices, identify your account securely and provide customer support when necessary.

6. Progress Photos

FitVora allows you to upload before, progress, after and body transformation photos to monitor your fitness journey. These are stored securely on your device and, if cloud synchronization is enabled, on our secure servers. Only you can access your uploaded photos unless you choose to share them, and you may permanently delete them at any time from within the application.

7. Promotional Use of Transformation Photos

We respect your privacy. FitVora will never use your progress or transformation photos for advertising, marketing, social media or promotional purposes without your explicit consent. If we would like to feature your transformation story, we will first display a separate consent request asking for your permission. You are free to allow promotional use, decline it, or withdraw your consent at any time. If you do not provide consent, your photos will never be used for promotional purposes.

8. Premium Subscription

FitVora offers optional premium subscription plans, processed securely through Google Play Billing. FitVora does not collect, process or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI information, banking information or payment passwords. All payment information is securely handled by Google Play according to Google's Privacy Policy. Premium features may include unlimited workout plans, advanced programs, additional progress tracking, premium content and other features introduced in future updates. Subscription pricing, billing periods and renewal information are displayed before purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account.

9. Notifications

FitVora may send notifications including workout reminders, daily fitness reminders, streak reminders, exercise completion reminders, motivation messages, premium subscription reminders, feature updates and promotional announcements. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the application, where applicable.

10. Permissions Used

FitVora requests only the permissions necessary to provide its features.

Camera

Used to capture progress photos and scan QR codes or future camera-based features (if introduced). Camera access is only used when you actively choose to use these features.

Photos / Storage

Used to select progress photos, store downloaded workout media and upload images you select.

Notifications

Used to deliver workout, daily exercise, streak, motivation and subscription-related notifications.

Internet

Required to synchronize user data, download workout videos, connect to Firebase services, verify premium subscriptions and access online content.

Foreground Service

Used to support long-running operations such as workout timers, exercise tracking, downloading workout content and other user-initiated tasks that require continuous operation.

Overlay (Optional)

FitVora may request overlay permission if you enable enhanced reminder features, allowing important reminders to appear over other applications. This permission is optional and can be disabled at any time.

Exact Alarm (Optional)

Used only to deliver workout reminders at the specific date and time you select. This permission is optional and can be revoked through your device settings.

11. Firebase Services

FitVora uses Google Firebase services to improve functionality, reliability, security and performance. These may include Firebase Authentication (if you choose to sign in), Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Remote Config. Firebase may collect certain device and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

12. Cloudflare Services

FitVora uses Cloudflare services to securely deliver workout videos, images and other media content. Cloudflare helps deliver content faster, improve performance, reduce loading times, protect against malicious traffic and improve reliability. Cloudflare may temporarily process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata to securely deliver content.

13. Data Storage

Your information may be stored on your device, on Firebase services, on our secure cloud servers and on trusted cloud infrastructure used to deliver application features. Depending on the feature, your information may be synchronized between your device and our servers to provide backup, restore and cross-device synchronization.

14. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS encrypted communication, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, authentication mechanisms, regular security updates and secure server configurations. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited information only when necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate the application, including Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, Cloudflare and other trusted providers. These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services.

16. Third-Party Services

FitVora may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Firebase, Cloudflare and Google Sign-In. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services before using related features.

17. Children's Privacy

FitVora is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided personal information through FitVora, please contact us immediately.

18. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your FitVora account from within the application. Deleting an account will permanently remove associated personal information from our servers, including profile information, workout history, progress photos, weight history, body measurements, streaks, XP and achievements, and cloud backups associated with the account. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups where required for disaster recovery, legal compliance, fraud prevention or security. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription — subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Google Play account.

19. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal information, update inaccurate information, delete your information, withdraw previously granted consent, request a copy of your information and object to certain processing activities where applicable. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users through the application or other appropriate means.
