Data retention
FitVora will delete personal data associated with an approved deletion request, except where certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or other legitimate purposes. Any such retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is kept only for as long as required to fulfil them, after which it is securely deleted. FitVora does not apply a single fixed retention period, as the applicable period depends on the specific legal or security obligation involved.
